Offering professional services for event aesthetics, decor, and design, atmosphere models, gift bags and merch, culinary demos, unique activations, and even sommelier services. These fun and exciting offerings are designed to add unique and memorable elements to an event, giving attendees what is commonly referred to as “Instagramable moments” while enhancing the overall guest experience.


Event Experientials, Activations, and Atmosphere Models

At Blackout LIVE, our experiential division, lead by 25-year entertainment veteran Tiffany Masters, specializes in creating unique and memorable live event experiences. From immersive interactive activations to providing atmosphere models, we work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and create custom plans that bring their vision to life. Tiffany and her team of experienced professionals have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in designing and building custom sets, “Instagrammable moments” creating installations and photo opportunities, and providing atmosphere models for a variety of events. Whether it’s a festival, fashion show, product launch, trade show, or just a special event that needs “Instagramable moments” and beautiful women, we create impactful and memorable experiences that not only in turn promotes the event, but leaves a lasting impression on guests.  


Design and Aesthetics

Natalie Borgeous, our director of design and aesthetics, is an experienced event planner who has delivered countless dream wedding and party concepts for clients around the US. Natalie and her team specialize in the overall vision of the aesthetics, design, and decor, creating visually pleasing and cohesive elements for events. This includes conceptualizing and implementing color schemes, lighting, balloon arches, ceiling drapes, and floral arrangements, as well as coordinating and overseeing the installation of decor and other visual concepts. The team has a kneen understanding of design trends to create an immersive and engaging atmosphere for an event that is visually stunning and memorable for attendees. Natalie and her team take pride in their creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a team of vendors and other event professionals to bring the event design to life.


Gift Bags and Merch

Blackout LIVE’s specialty services provide gift bags and merchandise management for events. We source products from sponsors and top brands, package them in custom gift bags, and distribute to attendees or VIPs, creating brand exposure for sponsors and partners. We also manage merchandise booths, offering services such as designing and ordering event-branded products, coordinating with artist merch managers, negotiating revenue splits, facilitating set up and tear down, running POS, and reconciling artist or vendor distributions. Both gift bags and merchandise management are important for creating a “take-home” experience for attendees and for monetizing the event and artist’s brand.


Event Sommelier

Get ready to raise a glass with Matthew Lindsey, also known as “The Lord of Wine”! This nationally recognized event Sommelier is all about bringing the fun to your events. Known for his charismatic and personal approach, along with extensive wine knowledge, The Lord of Wine is the perfect host for any live event, party, or dinner. Matthew’s services are all about creating an unforgettable experience, he’s not just a sommelier but also a wine-experience creator. These services include producing and hosting wine tents with vendors and tastings for festivals, and hosting an array of wine-centric themes and pairings for dinner parties and events of all sizes, from weddings and corporate events, to intimate private gatherings. With The Lord of Wine at the helm, your next event is guaranteed to be a celebration of fine wines and good times.


Culinary Stage

Blackout LIVE offers the exclusive rental of the only culinary stage in the Western United States. By renting the culinary stage and hiring a culinary director, guests can showcase live cooking demonstrations at their events, as well as provide a live kitchen for sampling and catering services. Culinary stages have become increasingly popular at large festivals in the United States, such as the Snoop Dogg/Martha Stewart cook-off at Bottle Rock. However, what many may not realize is that this unique feature can be easily set up with our mobile kitchen, allowing for the showcasing of both local and international chefs, and is a hit at events both big and small. Additionally, the stage can also feature a mixology component, with a master mixologist creating specialty cocktails that can be sampled and enjoyed by all legal age guests.


VIP Customer Development

Blackout LIVE has partnered with long-time Las Vegas and New York VIP Veteran hosts who have built dedicated teams that service VIP clients at festivals and events both large and small throughout the world. While this may sound like VIP Marketing, the roles of marketing team and customer development teams are different. While the marketing team sells the party, the service team is responsible for curating extraordinary experiences for high-end clients within and surrounding the event.

Ultimately, both work hand in hand. A customer development manager can also play a key role in the success of private and corporate events, where bottle sales on the other hand might not be offered. Our main goal is to create unique and memorable time that surpass the expectations of VIP guests. Our role in providing this level of service include the following:

Customized Itinerary Planning: We work with VIP guests to create a customized itinerary that meets their specific needs and preferences, both within and outside of the event. Including access to exclusive pre and post party events.

Event Access: Offering exclusive access to areas of the event that are not available to general guests, such as VIP lounges, the DJ booth, private suites, and backstage access.

Bottle Service: Our VIP team will curate the VIP bottle table area, and packages for the VIP guests, and for a VIP marketing team to sell. This offers events an opportunity to maximize revenue along with cater to a higher end clientele.

VIP Waitresses: We manage the team on-site, ensuring the girls have sparklers, signage, and other accessories to execute bottle presentation shows

Concierge Services: Our team can provide concierge services for guests such as arranging transportation, reserving tables at restaurants in the city of the hosted event, and booking hotel rooms.

On-Site Customer Management: Our VIP services team manages the customers on-site as a liaison between the host team and event operations. Overseeing all aspects of the VIP experience and troubleshooting any issues that may arise, along with special requests, to ensure the guest experience is seamless and VIPs are happy and well taken care of.
